Bramley Apple Gin

Chase Distillery has released a delicious, new addition to its portfolio of premium, juniper-led craft gins: the Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin – a tart and tangy tipple that is made from field to bottle.

The brand’s gold medal winning GB Gin is used as the base for this seasonally aromatic gin. The spirit is distilled from potatoes grown on Chase’s Herefordshire farm, and boasts 10 botanicals including juniper buds and berries, coriander, clove, ginger and cardamom, sourced from partners around the world.

To transform it into the Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin, GB Gin is blended with locally sourced, cold pressed English rhubarb, and Bramley apples picked from the orchards around the Chase farm, creating a fresh and fruity flavour. The ideal way to enjoy this new addition to the Chase Distillery family is a Rhubarb & Apple Rickey, made with a dash of lime juice, honey, soda water and garnished with an apple fan.

James Chase, Global Brand Ambassador said: “Our new Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin is eponymous with the flavours and seasonality of the English countryside. It’s a perfect meeting of Chase’s signature juniper-led GB gin with a tart and sweet rhubarb and apple crumble with a hint of cinnamon. ”

In 2008, William Chase embarked on the ambitious journey of distilling vodka – and then gin – from the potatoes grown on his family farm in Herefordshire, making Chase Distillery the first spirit brand to embody what it calls a ‘Farm to Bottle’ ethos. Over the last 10 years, the brand’s collection of spirits has expanded to include a range of unmatched vodkas and gins.

The Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin joins Chase Distillery’s expertly blended range of excellently crafted, single-estate gins, along with the Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin and Seville Marmalade Gin.

Alongside the silky rich smoothness there are aromas of freshly picked red fruits strawberries and raspberries, and it all finishes with great breath, length and a hint of spice.
