Let’s keep the summer going a little longer with some well loved cocktails

Aperol Spritz is Italy’s favourite aperitivo and is made by mixing Aperol with Prosecco and a splash of soda in a wine glass full of ice and a slice of orange. Bright orange in colour, Aperol has a unique taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its launch in 1919. Aperol Spritz is now one of the top three cocktails enjoyed in London and is the perfect cocktail to enjoy after-work with friends, with its refreshing, but bitter-sweet taste. For an even more authentic Italian experience, enjoy alongside cicchetti small plates.

Koko Kanu is the UK’s leading coconut white rum, imported from Jamaica. With coconut continuing to be one of the nation’s favourite ingredients, Koko Kanu adds a contemporary twist to well-loved cocktail recipes from the Koko Kolada, a surprisingly simple skinny alternative to the Pina Colada – which is the UK’s second most frequently drunk cocktail – to the Koko Mojito and Koko Daiquiri. Koko Kanu promises to transport you back to sunnier climes – with its exotic but well-rounded rum notes.
