Piero’s Italian Restaurant: Defining Taste & Tradition in Las Vegas
Defining Downtown Dining
The revitalization of downtown Las Vegas has been highlighted by the fine arts and fine dining, the latter of which Triple George Grill has been the cornerstone of downtown’s fine dining since opening in July 2005. 2020 will mark the 15th anniversary of Triple George Grill, which is still converting new fans every day.
“It is rare to find a restaurant with this kind of ambience on the west coast, not to mention in the middle of downtown Las Vegas,” says Ben Micheel, a Boston marketing executive who visited Triple George Grill for the first time in November. “The different classy settings for seating, while still having an interactive bar experience for patrons, is rare and really appreciated by those of us who are world travellers.”
Guests experience a fresh selection of American-style seafood, steaks and chops as well as homemade soups, salads, pasta dishes and daily specials. From 2015-19 Triple George Grill has won the TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Award for blending classic fine dining with the charm of a neighbourhood restaurant.
Recognized for its power lunch specials, happy hour offerings and classic cuisine, Triple George Grill’s is known for being one of the first independent restaurants to set the foundation for downtown’s now thriving and electric urban dining scene. Triple George Grill is the destination for downtown Las Vegas executives who want to host a ‘power lunch’ with colleagues, vendors and sales prospects.
Ambience made for a ‘George’
Those executives often embody the ‘George’ name of the restaurant. A ‘George’ is a high-minded, noble individual who is free in giving and sharing, who also shows gratitude when special services are rendered while living life to its fullest. The restaurant’s name pays homage to the establishment’s original three owners.
With a half-dozen different ambience settings at the restaurant, every dining experience is different. There is a private dining area at the front of the venue that holds up to 50 guests with a full bar and a classic luxury dining feel. Adjacent to the private dining area is the traditional booth dining area, perfect for private conversations during dates or power lunches.
The centre of Triple George Grill boasts the most professional bar scene in downtown Las Vegas, which seats up to 40 people with flat-screen televisions all around the bar to keep up with the latest news, business developments and sporting events. In the rear of the venue is a private dining area set up for banquets, town hall meetings and corporate presentations. The capacity is 100 people and is a popular destination for downtown Las Vegas conventions and large meetings.
Before you even step into Triple George Grill you see its most popular feature, the outside dining patio that draws the general public in from its position right across from Downtown Grand, its partner casino property. The Triple George Grill patio highlights the popular downtown area that also includes the Mob Museum and the famous New York City transplant bar Hogs and Heifers.
Triple George is located at 201 North Third Street and opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Friday and opens at 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Reservations can be made online or by calling 702.384.2761.
