The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong Hosted A Unique Solo Acoustic Concert

Following the past MO Bar UNPLUGGED Concert performing artists Alicia Keys, Annie Lennox, John Legend, Judith Hill, Yuna and more, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is proud to have hosted Lianne La Havas Solo Acoustic Concert at MO Bar on 18 September 2017 in celebration of the launch of the hotel’s newest and largest Entertainment Suite designed by Joyce Wang.
The concert was attended by over 300 music lovers including Amanda Lui, Angie Ng, Celia Wong, Deborah Sims, Esther Ma, Gaile Lok, Jill Vidal, Janni G, Joyce Wang, Kayla Wong, Paul Sunga, Rosemary Vandenbroucke, Shirley Hiranand, Tia Ray, Vanessa Yeung and more.
The British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist sensation Lianne La Havas has worked with a star-studded list of musicians from Alt-J to Prince and Cold Play for whom she toured as their opening act, and led sold-out tours worldwide.
She received nominations for a Grammy Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album 2016 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding New Artist 2013 World Music Award for World’s Best Album 2014 and was nominated as best British Female Solo Artist at this year’s Brit Awards.
Renowned for her signature captivating live performances, La Havas’ silky and intoxicating voice warmed the hearts and souls of the audience, along with the opening acts by DJ Roger ReFlex de Leon and Cornish born singer-songwriter Samuel J.
