LANG at Shangri-La
Head to the Shard this December to try LANG’s brand new Five Mile Menu at the Shangri-La. With all produce locally sourced from within a five mile radius of the restaurant, the new menu will showcase the very best artisan suppliers in London with the best of British ingredients. From Bermondsey to Borough and with organic vegetables, premium cured meats and the finest farmhouse cheeses and honey, LANG’s talented team have turned these products into delightful dishes. Just in time for Christmas, the luxurious Ferrero Rocher: Behind the Layers experience is the perfect gift to treat a loved one, or ideal excuse to meet with friends this festive season. The exclusive pop-up at Westfield London will immerse guests in a multi-sensory tasting adventure from the delicious chocolate based cocktail bar on arrival, through to mouth-watering mini-desserts inspired by the five layers of Ferrero Rocher. This year’s tasting experience is in a spectacular setting, where powerful light projections, music, motion and more will enrich every exquisite mouthful.

Winter pop-ups don’t come swankier than this! For the ultimate alpine experience, these awesome cable cars are available to hire on the terrace at Radio Rooftop. Apres ski (without the slopes to get down afterwards), and enjoy seasonal cocktails and champagne, plus a warming winter food menu to keep up the energy levels including truffle cheese fondue! With an amazing backdrop and some of the most impressive sights in London to admire from the comfort of your cable car, take a date, take your mates, but just make sure you visit!
Complete with candles and faux fur throws as well as dj’s to mix things up, #ApresWithAView offers up exclusive cable cars which are available to book for up to 10 guests for £650 including a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka with mixers, a magnum of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, as well as large sharing platters of seasonal offerings, followed by speculos biscuits with hazelnut mousse and an indulgent Valrhona chocolate fondue. The Brand New M Wine Bar, Victoria
We’re huge fans of M Restaurants here at Luxuria Lifestyle, having eaten at them ALL! You shouldn’t need much persuading to pop down to M Victoria, but just in case you do, the gorgeous restaurant now boasts a suave and sophisticated wine bar in the M Wine Store with no less than 112 wines by the glass – 22 of which are actually exclusive to M. With Group Sommelier Lenart Cernelic and Operations Director Andre Maninni overseeing the new wine bar, M will offer free tasting sessions every Friday evening between 5-7pm for up to 20 guests, while their electronic wine dispensers upstairs, will give guests the opportunity to pre-load a card and sample wines from £1.30 up to £130!

27 Restaurant and Bar at Aspinalls
Crown London Aspinalls have just opened their uber exclusive and brand new restaurant 27 to the public. With Executive Chef Niccola Duccheschi at the helm, 27 Restaurant and Bar on Curzon Street, will offer up luxurious cuisine using the finest of ingredients. Diverse dishes from around the world include Middle Eastern, Asian, Chinese, Indian and modern European cuisine. A specialist chef from each region will ensure each dish meets the highest of standards – try the Sichuan Chilli Dover Sole, the Lobster Tempura with papaya and wasabi, or the Beef in Black Pepper Sauce. Claridge’s sister hotel, The Berkeley has partnered with Laurent-Perrier Champagne for a new immersive private bar experience! Woody Bear at London Marriott Park Lane’s Secret Rooftop
Woody Bear which has just launched at the London Marriott Park Lane’s secret rooftop with separate entrance, is offering up a whimsical winter experience with a pop-up created by design team DENLDN. The venue which has been inspired by an abandoned urban fairground will give you plenty of creativity for Christmas with carnival lights, re-purposed fairground ride booths and swings, log tables and heaters to make sure you’re kept warm! Speciality croque-monsieur street food vendors Madame & Monsieur will be offering up three signature croques; Le French, Le Swiss and Le Welsh, while you can also feast on melty London Raclette from Kappacasein with potatoes, Jambon de Montagne, pickles and sauerkraut, served from a 6kg wheel, or dip into the Mont d’Or, served with sourdough bread – the perfect sharing dish. Slip on a smoking jacket and slippers on arrival, then sit back and relax for Afternoon Tea, unusual cocktails and lunch or dinner canapes served by the personal butler. The Sipsmith Frost Fair
Sip and enjoy gin in a wintry haven as The National Theatre’s Green Room Garden Bar plays host to The Sipsmith Frost Fair. Sipsmith and Ham Yard Hotel have put together a delicious hot gin menu to warm the cockles on the coldest of nights. Try the Hot Negroni with a red berry tea twist, or the festive Mulled Gin Wine. From 1st-8th December, London Art Week will give art aficionados and visitors from around the world, the chance to celebrate some truly exceptional art. More than 30 distinguished galleries and auction houses will showcase previously unseen works of art, whilst inviting guests to take part in a series of expert talks. Wild Turkey Lodge at The Ten Bells, Spitalfields
For an authentic American Bourbon experience this winter, The Ten Bells in Spitalfields have partnered up with Wild Turkey to launch a traditional hunting lodge complete with sheepskin, leathers, wooden tables, taxidermy and regal portraits adorning the walls! Putting hairs on your chest this winter, there’s a selection of special Wild Turkey 101 drinks on the menu featuring four twists on the classic Old Fashioned, along with three expressions from the Wild Turkey range and festive sharing boards with a range of meats, cheeses, pies and pickled veg. Monkey 47 Winter Lodge at Rosewood, London
Rosewood London and artisanal German gin brand Monkey 47 have teamed up to transform Rosewood’s twinkling courtyard into a winter forest complete with huge Christmas tree and Winter Lodge. With hot and cold gin cocktails on the menu inspired by and sometimes paired with German desserts (homemade apple pie anyone?!), the Monkey 47 Winter Lodge will definitely get you in the Christmas spirit while you enjoy Monkey 47’s 47 different botanicals… From November through December Mon-Sat 4pm-10:30pm Sun 4pm-10:15pm and Jan through February Weds-Sat 4pm-10:30pm and Sun 4pm-10:15pm.
Lanique at The Flavour Gallery
Lanique, the bright pink go-to party drink which boasts a distinctive flavour derived from the precious and expensive attar of rose, has partnered with product pioneers Smith & Sinclair for the world’s first Flavour Gallery. Having launched in November and running until 17th December, The Flavour Gallery within a multi-sensorial setting at The Hoxton Basement, will showcase illuminating light, thermal reactions and groundbreaking art that changes colour, diffuses allures and reacts to its audience.
Standing out from the crowd and getting the party well and truly started, gallery-goers can enter the 360 degree immersive Lanique space for an experience that will play with all five senses, while also showcasing its unique flavour with a range of new, bespoke cocktails – think Lanique-based dip dabs, inhalable cocktails and edible bubbles! Prices start at £15 per night for sessions available Wednesday – Sunday.
New Winter Cocktails at Zuma
Oh how much do we love Zuma? The amazing Japanese restaurant and bar has launched a gorgeous new cocktail menu for winter – combining exciting flavours, trending tastes and seasonal scents which make for some knock-out concoctions! Created by Bar Manager Pawel Rolka, the new drinks will be added to the existing menu with contemporary cocktails in the ‘Nomikai’ section and twists on the classics in the ‘Kurashikku’ section. Try the sparkling Shikimi Fizz with Konik’s Tail vodka and Grand Marnier, or the Riku Sidecar made with a warming Remy Martin 1738 Cognac, Cointreau and plum sake. Their twist on the classic Margarita – the Fakaura Margarita with Ocho Tequila, carrot juice, cumin and coriander seeds, chilli, honey and lemon juice will definitely put hairs on your chest (handy for keeping warm…) From £11.70, available now.
HEX at The Gardening Society
To keep you trim whilst still enjoying all that amazing food and wine this December, John Lewis has partnered with HEX for an innovative workout experience in their rooftop garden against the backdrop of the stunning London skyline. With classes taking place in their cosy lodges, mobility warm ups will be followed by strength exercises including dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and bodyweight, along with a choice of tabata (HIIT) workouts. Running until 22nd December, classes take place three times every week day (6.30am, 7.30am and 8.30am), and are available to purchase in packages of 1, 3 or unlimited.
Belvedere Espresso Martini Lounge at Gaucho Broadgate
Whether you’re dining at Gaucho Broadgate this December, or just happen to be passing by, the Belvedere Espresso Martini Lounge is guaranteed to warm up a cold winter’s eve and give you some extra caffeine fuelled energy for Christmas shopping! Created by Gaucho’s Beverage Director, Dan Munt, the Belvedere martinis will include a range of £12.50 cocktails like the classic Belvedere Espresso Martini made with Belvedere vodka and Mr. Black coffee liqueur, and the spicy Orange Martini with Belvedere Vodka, Grand Marnier and Mr. Black coffee liqueur, shaken with chilled espresso and served with dehydrated orange.
