Vacheron Constantin: Traditionnelle 14-Day Tourbillon High Jewellery
May 29, 2017
Should yet another testimony to Vacheron Constantin’s skills in orchestrating the crafts of artistic watchmaking be needed, the new jewellery model in the Traditionnelle collection is the obvious candidate.
Its 42.8mm diameter stages an extraordinary spectacle of light: the case, the dial, and the clasp, not a speck of white gold is unpaved by diamonds, which total approx. 19.5 carats.
The dazzling baguette diamond-set flooring makes time go on forever as the Hong Kong & Macau limited edition timepiece beats with the legendary Calibre 2260 with an exceptional tourbillon in a round case and 14-day power reserve. Hallmark of Geneva certified.

The Crafts of Artistic Watchmaking
The stunning Traditionnelle 14-Day tourbillon high jewellery delightfully combines Vacheron Constantin’s legendary Calibre 2260, featuring a major horological complication, tourbillon, with a key decorative art in watchmaking, the art of gemsetting.
The Art of Gemsetting
To present the brilliance of the Calibre 2260, the latest Traditionnelle 14-Day tourbillon high jewellery is fully paved in baguette set diamonds in invisible setting: its 42.8mm diameter stages an extraordinary spectacle of light in the case, the dial, and the clasp, totalling approx. 19.5 carats. While the dial features a dazzling baguette diamond-set flooring that makes time go on forever, the 18K white gold bezel, horns, case sides, crown and clasp are set with baguette diamonds.
The pursuit of elegance and style is omnipresent in high jewellery watches and bears testimony to creative tradition and the ability to anticipate trends. While gemsetting is a precise science, it is also an art and that of making a fine watch sparkle with all its fire.
