I have the perfect recipes for you, with a super sweet twist!

Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin is floral, zesty and infused with honey & elderflower for a well-balanced and moreish finish.

The range comprises five delicious flavours in addition to the classic Dry Gin: Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin, Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin, Warner Edwards Harrington Sloe Gin, Warner Edwards Melissa Lemon Balm Gin and the newest edition, Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin!

Treat your loved one to HoneyBee Gin this Valentines and have some fun mixing up these amazing cocktail recipes together:

Bees Knees

50ml Gin
2 teaspoons honey
10ml fresh lemon juice
20ml fresh orange juice
Garnish: Rosemary and rose (optional)
Glassware: Coupette
Method: Add gin and honey to a shaker and stir until the honey dissolves. Add the lemon and orange juice and top up with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.

Buzzecco

50ml Gin
10ml Honey
Prosecco
Garnish: Hibiscus
Glassware: Flute Glass
Method: Shake all ingredients together and top up with Prosecco.

Buzzini (Sweet Martini)

60ml Gin
15ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
Dash of orange bitters or a squeeze of fresh orange (Optional)
Garnish: Orange Twist
Glassware: Coupette
Method: Stir all the ingredients over ice (for at least 15 seconds) in a mixing glass and pour into the martini glass, straining out the ice.

Bumble (A twist on a bramble)

50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey
15ml Crème de Mure or Chambord
Garnish: Blackberry and Rosemary sprig
Glassware: Ball glass
Method: Pour the Gin, Lemon Juice and honey into your shaker, half-fill with ice, and shake until ice cold, Strain into an old fashioned rock glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the Creme de Mure over the top so it trickles through the ice. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Perfect Serve

50ml Gin
Mediterranean tonic
Garnish: Lemon with sage (optional), or a slice of apple
Glassware: Ball glass
Method: Pour the Gin over plenty of ice, and top up with Mediterranean tonic. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a few sage leaves or a slice of apple.
