Le Chaland, Mauritius, 3 October 2025: Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas introduces a wellness ritual that greets the day softly. Guests begin with guided stretching and breathwork in a shaded forest clearing, then walk to a hidden shore where a private breakfast is set just above the tide line.
Aligning with the Be Well pillar, the sequence is designed for mixed levels and can be adapted for families. Post practice refreshments include herbal infusions and light bites, followed by a slow breakfast with pastries, tropical fruit, and island savouries.
