Southport Potted Shrimps: These delicious locally-caught brown shrimps are preserved in a unique blend of herbs and spices with a hint of salt and black pepper and packed in a creamy butter. Enjoy piled on hot toast, to kick off your Christmas Day feasting.
Oak Smoked Salmon: A Christmas
classic, this smoked salmon is made for Dukeshill using prime, superior salmon from the cold waters of Western Scotland. It is traditionally and slowly smoked for several days using pure oak to produce some of the finest smoked salmon available anywhere.
Luxury Salmon Terrine: Made exclusively for Dukeshill this fabulous mousse-like terrine is made with lightly poached salmon, smoked salmon and dill. The salmon is 100% prime Scottish and is smoked traditionally by hand at an artisan UK smokery using time honoured methods including smoking over untreated wood chips.
Royally Good Hams
As holder of the Royal Warrant to HM the Queen for its cured hams and with a guaranteed supply of hams of the most exceptional quality, Dukeshill is the only retailer to order from this year.
Whole Boneless Wiltshire Ham: Dukeshill’s best-seller, this ham is moist, tender and packed full of flavour. Featuring a traditional Wiltshire Cure, the hams spend almost a week submerged in Dukeshill own-recipe brine, before being taken out and allowed to mature for a further week. The resulting ham has a lovely mild flavour, and a moist texture. The addition of unrefined brown sugar to the recipe adds a subtle sweetness to this mild and delicious ham.
Large St. George’s Boneless Ham: A real showstopper, this ham is cured in Dukeshill’s ever-popular, mild and sweet Wiltshire brine, before it’s baked in a glaze of spiced oranges, cinnamon, mace and cloves. The result is a deliciously mild and moist ham that will delight the whole family.
Truffle Ham: A truly celebratory centrepiece! This truffle ham features tender Wiltshire cured legs, which are stuffed with a generous seam of Italian truffles, before being carefully glazed with a mixture of blossom honey and yet more truffle. Tender ham, rich truffle and sweet honey; a fabulous combination!
Free-range Bronze Turkey: Reared exclusively for Dukeshill by third generator turkey farmer Rosie Wadlow, these turkeys are free to roam in old grass pastures with playgrounds and dust bathing areas and are fed daily with hand-cut quinoa and millet crops. Dry plucked and game-hung, their taste is as outstanding as you’d expect from a family with so much love and labour invested in the great Bronze Turkey.
Stuffed British duck: This British duck is generously filled with Dukehill’s delicious hand-made pork and apricot stuffing, which is made with only the finest British pork.
Sirloin Roasting Joint: A superlative and tender roasting joint, that would be a Boxing Day delight . The beef is exclusively sourced from grass fed herds on carefully selected British farms, and slowly matured to ensure the flavour and texture are second to none.
More Than Just Desserts
Dukeshill Extra Large Christmas Pudding: This exquisitely rich and moist Christmas Pudding is made by hand at Dukeshill. It’s made with free range eggs, plump juicy vine fruits and cherries, the finest French Brandy, and butter instead of suet to give a much cleaner finish on the palate.
Very Special Christmas Cake: Exclusively made for Dukeshll, this hand finished traditional Christmas cake combines delicious, brandy laden rich fruit cake, marzipan and icing in the perfect proportions.
Chocolate Tiffin: Made by hand at Dukeshill to their own recipe, these decadent Chocolate Tiffins are outstandingly good. The chocolate biscuit base is made using top quality Belgian chocolate, English butter, golden syrup and raisins covered with a thick layer of yet more Belgian chocolate.
Savoury Festive Nibbles
Pigs in Blankets: This kit contains sufficient streaky bacon and cocktail sausages to make 24 little “piggies”. The sausages are made with prime pork shoulder meat and Dukeshil’s own special blend of seasoning, herbs and spices.
