El Restaurant El Llorenç is one of Chef Santi Taura’s latest proposals in Palma. You can enjoy the chef’s traditional dishes, based on Mallorcan recipes and locally sourced seasonal produce, in an à la carte format. In this way, diners will have more options for enjoying the island’s traditional dishes.

An a la carte concept led by chef Santi Taura

Restaurant El Llorenç is based on local products and its location is in the hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar in a historic location, near the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca.

The proposal

A la carte restaurant is located in a historic enclave, near the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca. Restaurant El Llorenç bases its proposal on local and seasonal products, but without renouncing other products that enrich it and make it unique… A combination that combines local and national proposals, with some daily suggestions of seasonal products, made with local produce.

Season of the years

The location and opening hours of Restaurant El Llorenç within the hotel vary depending on the time of year, as does its menu, as it is totally seasonal in every way.

During the Spring, from 7 March to 22 May, its opening hours is:

Noon, from Monday to Sunday at Rooftop
From 13:00h to 15:00h
Dinner, from Sunday to Tuesday on Lobby floor
From 19:30h to 21:30h

During the Summer season, from May 23rd to October 20th, the restaurant is only open at dinner time and is located only on the Rooftop area (on the 4th floor).
Dinners, from Monday to Sunday
From 19:30h to 21:30h

During the winter season is located only on the Lobby floor (indoor area on the ground floor).
Lunch, Sunday to Thursday
From 13:00h to 14:30h
Dinner, Sunday to Tuesday
From 19:30h to 21:30h

Both places, Rooftop and ground floor are equally comfortable and offer excellent service to all our guests. And of course, each of the venues is ideal for every time of the year.

Although it is true that during the summer and spring season, there is an added value of the views around Palma on our Rooftop, you can enjoy the whole bay of Palma, the cathedral and the lights that illuminate the city.

The chef Santi Taura is always present in his restaurant DINS Santi Taura, where he cooks faithfully the history of Mallorca and elaborates them with products of our land. So, he created this new a la carte concept, so that diners could try his traditional dishes from the tasting menu, in this new format within the translational recipe books.
