Known for offering the freshest and most authentic Italian dishes, food lovers can expect exceptional ingredients, artfully crafted.

Menus at San Carlo restaurants will encompass the finest dishes including:

Burrata e Pomodoro Burrata from Corato in Puglia served with marinated beef tomato carpaccio & fresh basil (v) £12.95
Culatello Culatello is one of Italy’s best-known cured meat, produced in Bassa Verdiana, with a sweet and delicate flavour £17.95
Gnocchetti Pasta Melanzane e Salsiccia Sardinian style gnocchetti pasta with aubergine and pork sausage ragu £16.95
Lemon Sole with Clams and Asparagus Pan-fried lemon sole with sauteed clams and green asparagus £29.95
Linguine Scallops and Caviar Linguine pasta with scallops, Italian sturgeon caviar and saffron cream sauce £25.95
