Every February 22nd, the restaurants celebrate Margarita Day and create a new cocktail for the event. This year you can enjoy a sumptuous, thirst-quenching Spiced Watermelon Margarita with a blend of Silver Tequila, St Germain liqueur and refreshing lime and watermelon. The hot, spicy and sensual jalapeno also in the cocktail, will give you a little bit of a kick!

Whilst the history of the margarita cocktail is a little confusing (some say it originated in Texas, some say Baja California) but whichever way you look at it, we all think it’s Mexican. STK’s expert cocktail aficionados make sure you are not left in any doubt about the glorious taste of this extra special cocktail edition as they mix the night away.
