POWER

A high-energy, full-body Pilates class centred around the reformer and the jumpboard, POWER is designed to build strength, length, and endurance through fast-flow fusion Pilates. While the impact is light, this class is not suitable for clients who are pregnant or those with back or knee issues.

PRECISION

A targeted class focused on working for specific muscle groups, PRECISION blends the Pilates ‘less is more’ approach with the intensity of higher reps and sets. Choose to zone in on your upper or lower body while sculpting your overall physique and achieving fast results for optimal strength. This class is split into upper and lower body sessions, so if you are dealing with an injury, be sure to choose the appropriate class.

PURE

Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original teaching style, PURE is a full-body masterclass which utilises all Pilates equipment, combining the reformer, tower, and chairs. Taught in an open gym, this ‘mini workshop’ is great for beginners as it teaches the foundations of each Pilates move and the basics of posture and core strength. While open to all, new clients who are pregnant are advised to start with one-on-one sessions.
