Doyenne Network provides the perfect platform for female brand owners
Founded and hosted by Ashton Tansey, Doyenne Network is an exclusive networking group for the modern entrepreneur; designed to provide the perfect platform for female brand owners and business professionals to meet and build lasting connections with like-minded women in a sophisticated and prestigious setting. We create business to business events, in which our attendees can share their networks, offer referrals, Create partnerships, discuss challenges they are facing in there businesses and celebrate their wins to recognise their success.
Doyenne was created after Ashton decided to open her own hospitality business in the North West of the UK. Most of Ashton’s network had spread across the UK after leaving university, but Ashton decided to stay in Liverpool and start her entrepreneurial journey. Between the struggles of launching a new business, and the the 17 hour days, 7 days a week in the restaurant, Ashton wanted to connect with other business owners who where doing the same. She decided that their must be other women in this position and she wanted to find them, to connect and collaborate. That’s when the first brunch networking event took place, in the her luxury restaurant, with a turn out she never expected. From there it’s grew and grew- with monthly events and a membership in Liverpool and then creating a second group in Manchester. Doyenne also started collaborating with Minihaha from Luxe By Minihaha to expand in to Leeds.
When Ashton created the vision for Doyenne she wanted to stay far away from the ordinary networking group or regular coffee morning. This would be a chance for her members to get dressed up, have a glass of champagne and do business over beautiful food in a luxury setting. This she delivered, time and time again. Each guest is personally greeted by Ashton and introduced to other members over a cocktail. Our venues are carefully selected to ensure the background is perfect for their mini branding shoot with our professional photographer that we offer every attendee. At each event we have a guest speaker to offer motivation and inspiration to our ladies, and then business and networking is done over a beautiful dinner and flowing champagne. Doyenne’s mission is to help drive women in business forward, encourage partnerships and through this raise there revenue!
Through the pandemic Ashton recognised is was more important that ever to keep the members connected and so Doyenne temporarily went completely virtual. With regular online networking meetings, Doyenne continued to inspire women across the north west and was there for those businesses who were struggling. Although Doyenne is a business networking group, it is also there to support the members when business doesn’t go to plan. Doyenne prides itself in being a support network also.
