We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elegance Chauffeur Services Ltd took us from our home to Heathrow Airport and then back home again 10 days later, and both journeys were flawless from start to finish.

The luxurious Mercedes people carrier was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, including bottles of Evian water, tissues and phone chargers, and perfect for our group of five with lots of luggage; everything fit easily with room to spare.
