The name Assaona, comes from the Mallorcan verb ‘assaona’ (to season), and in Castilian Spanish sazonar. Because that’s who they are. They look for the perfect ingredients to ensure your visit will be unforgettable.

From an intimate and tranquil restaurant area, to two exterior terraces with sea views. The icing on the cake is the hammock and parasol area which will maximise the experience during hotter days. They adapt to you and the weather: they have Balinese beds for summer and a toasty chimney for winter. All brought together with the best food, select wines and the most refreshing cocktails.
