Greeted by the friendliest and most courteous staff, we received a warm welcome and speedy check-in for our wonderful weekend stay.

We were booked into a Luxury Suite adorned with the finest, most luxurious finishes and fabrics, featuring a private patio overlooking the beautiful formal gardens. The bedding was exquisite, comfortable, and sumptuous. The coffee and tea station had received an upgrade and was a most welcome addition to the suite. Once unpacked, we ventured to the pool for a spot of relaxation, a much-needed refreshing drink, and a little peace and quiet.

I must comment on the beautiful gardens that were picture-perfect. We spent the rest of the day mesmerised by the beauty of the arches and the surrounding greenery. The gardens were impeccably kept, abundant with stunning flora, and beautifully maintained, serving as the perfect backdrop for pictures and content creation.

After a little downtime in our suite and a freshen-up, we were famished and looking forward to dinner. We were served a delicious three-course meal that was divine; my favourite, of course, was the dessert cheese board that simply melted my heart. As it rained throughout the night, we spent it chatting with the hotel staff. We sauntered back to our suite with contented hearts and full stomachs, totally satisfied.

Established in 1926 but currently under new management, you can expect great things for the future of this wonderful place nestled in the heart of Centurion. Siyanda Dlamini, the owner and celebrated hotelier, has vast experience in the hotel industry and plans to establish a venue where many can come to celebrate life or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
