Gin Lovers Bus Tour celebrating Afternoon Tea Week in style with Slingsby Gin and Brigit’s Bakery!
To celebrate Afternoon Tea Week from 9th to 15th August, Harrogate-based premium gin brand, Slingsby Gin, is pulling into London with the hugely popular Gin Lovers Afternoon Tea Bus Tour. Complete with delicious cocktails, classic G&Ts and gin-infused cakes, this one-of-a-kind experience is the only gin bus tour London has to offer – cheers!
Departing from Central London, the unique tour takes a 90-minute route through the heart of the city on a quintessentially 1960s British bus. Guests can marvel at the sights of iconic landmarks including the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Marble Arch. For Afternoon Tea Week only, there will be an additional tour on Sunday 15th August, providing another opportunity for gin lovers to celebrate afternoon tea with a twist. Throughout the journey, guests can take a moment to reconnect with loved ones and friends over a delicious afternoon tea featuring gin-infused treats, including a Raspberry Tart with Slingsby Rhubarb Gin Cream, Gin Jelly with Lime Mousse and Slingsby Gooseberry Gin, and Cucumber Pipette, as well as a Strawberry Moelleux with Slingsby Rhubarb Gin.
Especially for Afternoon Tea Week, Brigit’s Bakery and Slingsby Gin have unveiled a brand-new ‘Gin O’Clock’ cocktail, combining delicious Slingsby Marmalade Gin, London Essence Original Indian Tonic Water, orange juice and citrus flavours for the ultimate summery bus tour beverage to accompany the sweet treats. Guests on board will be spoilt for choice with an indulgent selection of additional G&T pairings curated from Slingsby’s extensive range of premium traditional and flavoured gins and refreshing London Essence mixers.
