Award-winning London butcher, Parson’s Nose, has launched nationwide delivery with a range of the finest British-farmed free-range meats and festive treats available for Christmas. Everything can be pre-ordered from September, with options for delivery nearer to Christmas or collection from their three shops in South Kensington, Fulham, and Putney. Items can even be ordered as gifts with a personal message.

The butchers source the finest free-range meat that is fully traceable, working with the same farms for years. The team collaborates closely with producers, visiting farms to understand the journey from farm to plate.

For ease and convenience, Parson’s Nose Christmas Boxes contain everything needed—turkey, vegetables, condiments, and gravy—in sizes for 4, 6, or 8 people. Butchery classes make memorable gifts; learn to make sausages or butcher a leg of lamb in SW London. Meat and veg box subscriptions are also ideal.

Turkey

Parson’s Nose turkeys are free-range from family-run Walters Turkeys in Berkshire, partnered for over a decade for their unparalleled quality. Slow-reared birds roam downland meadows and trees, fed natural home-grown cereals without growth promoters. Choose free-range or organic bronze turkeys from 4kg to 15kg, each with ten leftover recipes from London’s top chefs.

Goose

Goose is a special Christmas treat, more traditional than turkey. Its rich, juicy flesh, crispy golden skin, and nectar-like fat make ultimate roast potatoes. Surprisingly lean, goose fat is high in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Parson’s Nose goose is completely free-range from a Wiltshire farm.

Ham & Gammon

Popular for Boxing Day, Parson’s Nose hams and gammon use free-range pork from Plantation Pigs in Sussex. Duroc cross Hampshire pigs live outdoors on the South Downs, yielding succulent, tender meat. Options include Traditional, Smoked, and Honey Roast Hams and Gammon, dry-salted, brined, or smoked.

Pigs in Blankets

No Christmas lunch is complete without pigs in blankets. Parson’s Nose cures its own pork and hand-makes sausages with prime free-range Sussex pork, natural ingredients, and casings.

Smoked Salmon

Sustainability is central; Parson’s Nose sources MSC-certified fish, including 1kg whole sides of smoked salmon from Scotland’s West Coast.

Rib of Beef

The nation’s Sunday roast favourite, rib of beef is the ultimate Christmas joint. Sourced from Scottish farms and dry-aged 42 days for deep flavour.
