Wow a crowd with chefs for foodies’ next level lamb recipe
Michelin-star food delivery box company, Chefs for Foodies, has launched a brand new Easter recipe box in collaboration with MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Wallis, bringing the restaurant experience to your home this Bank Holiday.
The Easter lamb recipe box features Steven as your on-hand kitchen partner, guiding you through a fun video masterclass. Slow-roast the lamb with onions, fennel, and shallots for beautifully tender meat and unctuous gravy that will delight family and friends.
Serving 4-6 people, the box contains all ingredients needed: a premium 1.2kg leg of lamb from Cotswolds butcher Jesse Smith, pre-marinated with fennel seeds and bay leaves; roast potatoes; French-style peas with lettuce and white wine cooked in butter; chargrilled asparagus with lemon crumb; plus zingy dill and mint crème fraîche, quick mint sauce, and red wine jus.
MasterChef winner Steven Wallis, who developed the recipe, commented: “After all the cold weather we’ve had this winter, we’re all looking ahead to spring—and what better way to celebrate than by cooking this delicious lamb recipe for friends and family over the Easter weekend?
“With all the ingredients measured out, all you have to do is follow the recipe to create a dish worthy of a MasterChef win!”
