They will transport guests to Italy’s gastronomic regions without stepping foot on a plane. From Puglia’s orecchiette to Rome’s fettuccine, as well as Sardinia’s malloreddus, guests will learn the art of fresh pasta making. Enjoy a host of classes dedicated to specific Italian regions in the heart of London.
The masterclasses will be led by Pasta Evangelists chefs, imparting their expert knowledge on how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch. Guests will also enjoy complimentary antipasti and unlimited Prosecco throughout the class, finishing with the opportunity to tuck into their handmade pasta creations.
