The other main dining option that I experienced was Ampersand, an adventure into Pan Asian-inspired dishes served from the beachfront restaurant or rooftop bar with fabulous views of the beach and ocean. The food and drink options highlight local ingredients, the best in premium imported meats and the freshest seasonal seafood caught the very same day. The delicious flavours of Maldivian and Asian cuisines go back to basics highlighting freshly grilled meats and garden-fresh vegetables. The dining experience here is casual but sophisticated, and the cocktails are delicious.

Recreation

Amari Raaya doesn’t just stop at providing luxurious accommodations and exquisite dining; it also offers a range of recreational activities to ensure a well-rounded and memorable stay. There are paddle boards, kayaks, snorkels, tubes and flippers to borrow. The jet ski tour that was arranged for our team members was a couple of hours never to be forgotten, swimming amongst manta rays being the highlight.
