The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and immediately soothing. The Natura Bissé therapist is not just a professional; she’s a true skincare specialist, extremely knowledgeable about the entire Natura Bissé brand and all of the various collections.

We explored both the women’s and men’s facial treatments, allowing us to compare the full experience. Each treatment was completely customised to our skin’s needs on the day, and that level of attention is something Natura Bissé does better than anyone else, in my humble opinion.

My Women’s Facial

The women’s treatment was just unbelievable, as I knew it would be. Using products from their Diamond Collection, my therapist combined expert massage techniques with efficient serums, skin peels and masks that left my skin looking instantly firmer, brighter, and beautifully hydrated. It was as though months of dullness and stress were swept away in one session. My skin was luminous — that post-sun tan dryness gone — it felt smooth and firm. Now all I need to do is continue the good work at home. I have a beautiful selection from the Diamond Age Defying Collection, including the Cocoon, Luminous, and Extreme ranges, so that will be easy!

Men’s Facial: Tailored Perfection

The men’s facial was equally impressive. What my partner loved was how it wasn’t just a repackaged version of the women’s treatment; it was specifically designed for male skin, which tends to be thicker and more prone to environmental stress. The result? Calmer, clearer, healthier-looking skin and zero irritation from shaving. My partner walked out with a renewed appreciation for skincare and a huge range of Vitamin C + C Suncare products with SPF 30 and 50 — which is imperative since he plays a lot of outdoor sports; his skin is now fully protected.
