Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas introduces a wellness ritual that greets the day softly. Guests begin with guided stretching and breathwork in a shaded forest clearing, then walk to a hidden shore where a private breakfast is set just above the tide line.
Aligning with the Be Well pillar, the sequence is designed for mixed levels and can be adapted for families. Post-practice refreshments include herbal infusions and light bites, followed by a slow breakfast with pastries, tropical fruit, and island savouries.
