Nino Sopromadze is a London-based psychotherapist specialising in existential psychotherapy and counselling. She works with adults who want to deepen their self-understanding and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Nino supports clients with anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, low self-esteem, life transitions and feelings of being stuck or disconnected.

Her approach is collaborative, respectful and compassionate. Nino believes that therapy is not about fixing people but about engaging with each person’s unique experience and helping them move from feeling that life is happening to them to becoming an active participant in how they want to live. This process supports autonomy, self-trust and meaningful change.

Nino works with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, including those in high-pressure or public-facing roles where discretion is especially important. She provides a safe and thoughtful space to explore personal challenges, recognise strengths and work through areas of misalignment.

She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Society for Existential Analysis. Her academic background includes an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling, a PGDip in Psychotherapy and Counselling, an MA in Modern and Contemporary Art and a BA in Journalism. This diverse training informs her holistic and reflective therapeutic style.

Nino offers therapy in person at her London practice, online and in hybrid formats, allowing her to support clients both locally and internationally. She works with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure focused and meaningful care.
