Dream Design Marks 40 Years in New Christchurch Showroom
The Dorset-based interior architecture and interior design studio celebrates four decades of residential design with an expanded lifestyle showroom dedicated to whole-home interiors, including award-winning kitchen displays, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, luxury furniture and decorative lighting.
Dream Design, founded in 1984 by Creative Director Andrew Rizza, has marked its 40th anniversary with the recent expansion of its Christchurch showroom.
The milestone reflects four decades of design, craftsmanship and technical expertise, from the studio’s origins in bespoke cabinetry and joinery to its work today designing and delivering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and complete private residential interiors across the UK and internationally.
Dream Design began with a belief that homes could be designed and made with greater care, precision and individuality. What started as a specialist cabinetry business has evolved into a full-service interior architecture and interior design studio, with particular expertise in kitchens, whole-home design, bespoke furniture, lighting, materials and spatial planning.
The expanded Christchurch showroom reflects that evolution. Designed as a full-scale lifestyle environment, the space demonstrates Dream Design’s design language and expertise through complete room settings, architectural details, kitchen displays, bathroom settings, lighting, storage, materials, furniture and decorative lighting positioned throughout. Rather than presenting individual products in isolation, the showroom shows how decisions across a home work together to create calm, coherent
interiors.
