Côte Brasserie Announces Biggest Ever Menu Shake-up

Bringing back favourites, return of Prix Fixe, expanding breakfast and brunch with Free-Flow French Toast, introducing lighter dishes, the Steak Haché Burger and, for the first time EVER, Fish & Chips!

Côte Brasserie has unveiled the biggest menu transformation in its history, bringing back much-loved guest favourites, introducing exciting new dishes.

Launching today (Tuesday June 16), the new menu celebrates everything guests love about Côte from affordable lunches and leisurely breakfasts to indulgent weekend brunches and timeless classics.

The extensive refresh designed by Gordon Ramsay’s former Executive Chef Steve Allen reaffirms Côte’s position as the UK’s leading French brasserie, with a something for everyone menu designed around quality, generosity and everyday occasions.

Among the highlights are the long-awaited return of the iconic Prix Fixe menu at even better value, the comeback of guest favourites including Duck Confit and Poulet Grillé, an expanded breakfast and brunch offering featuring the indulgent new Free-Flow French Toast, lighter dishes perfect for lunch, the new Steak Haché Burger and, for the very first time, Côte’s own take on the great British classic Fish & Chips with Plaice Frites.

Breakfast lovers can now enjoy an even wider choice, with all brasseries open from 8am Monday to Saturday and 9am on Sundays. New lighter breakfast options, including breakfast bowls, homemade granola and pastries, start from just £3.95, while breakfast baguettes, omelettes and filled croissants are available from £7.

Weekends become even more indulgent with the launch of Côte’s new brunch menu, available until 2.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Standout additions include Free-Flow French Toast, where guests can choose from a selection of toppings and enjoy unlimited refills, alongside the new Brunch Burger and optional 90 minutes of free-flowing fizz.

A cornerstone of French brasserie dining, Côte’s much-loved Prix Fixe menu also returns this month and at a lower price than ever before. Available Monday to Friday from 11.30am, guests can enjoy two courses for £19.95 or three courses for £23.95, with an expanded selection of starters, mains and desserts.

Returning favourites such as Crispy Whitebait and Poulet Grillé sit alongside new recipes including Fish Parmentier, Creamy Tomato Mafalde and the ever-popular Steak Frites.

Across the all-day menu, guests will also discover a host of new sharing dishes and contemporary French classics. New ‘For the Table’ plates include Provençal Fougasse served with a choice of flavoured butters and a build-your-own Charcuterie Board featuring cheeses and cured meats imported directly from France.

The refreshed menu introduces a new collection of Côte Icons, including the return of fan-favourite Duck Confit, the new Breton Fish Stew and Risotto Vert, while the Steak Haché Burger is set to become a new signature, made using Côte Butchery beef and served with peppercorn sauce and free-flowing frites.

For the first time in Côte’s history, the menu also welcomes one of Britain’s most-loved dishes. Plaice Frites combines perfectly cooked fish with crushed petit pois, house-made tartare sauce and Côte’s signature free-flowing frites, bringing together the best of British comfort food and French brasserie tradition.

Recognising the demand for lighter everyday dining, Côte has also introduced a dedicated Lighter Mains section, with all dishes under 800 calories. Guests can choose from fresh salads, baguettes and lighter pasta dishes, including Crab & Prawn Linguine and Creamy Tomato Mafalde, alongside a build-your-own Caesar Salad.

Steve Allen, Côte’s Executive Chef, said: “One of the best parts of my job is hearing what our guests think. And over the last few months, I’ve heard one thing rather clearly, guests missed some of our old favourites. When we introduced our last menu, we made some big changes. While many were well received, there were a few dishes that you weren’t quite ready to say au revoir to.

“We’ve brought back some of the dishes you’ve been asking for, alongside new recipes inspired by the regions, flavours and traditions that make French food so special. I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.”
