DINS Santi Taura- Michelin Star Restaurant in Palma Old Town

Located in a historic enclave in Sa Calatrava, just a few metres from the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca and close to the sea, DINS Santi Taura has been awarded a Michelin star in the 2021 guide and holds two Repsol Suns.
DINS represents the highest form of gastronomic expression from Santi Taura, one of Mallorca’s most renowned chefs. It offers a unique experience inspired by the traditional cuisine of the islands, prepared with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
Diners can interact with Santi and his team at the bar, watching each dish being prepared, or enjoy a more intimate atmosphere at the restaurant’s tables. The chef personally serves and explains the ORIGENS tasting menu, accompanied by optional wine pairings.
DINS shares a building with the hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, in the vibrant Calatrava neighbourhood with its centuries-old culture. Nestled in the heart of Palma’s old town walls, its streets house much of Mallorca’s history—the perfect location for an exquisite culinary proposal.
