This approach offers greater flexibility to enjoy the island’s culinary heritage.

An À La Carte Concept Led by Chef Santi Taura

Restaurant El Llorenç champions local products and is nestled in the historic Hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, moments from Palma de Mallorca’s iconic cathedral.

The Culinary Proposal

Situated in a historic enclave near Palma’s cathedral, Restaurant El Llorenç draws on local and seasonal ingredients, enriched by select national produce to create a unique offering. The menu blends timeless Mallorcan recipes with daily specials highlighting the freshest local bounty.

Seasonal Operations

The restaurant’s location and hours within the hotel adapt to the seasons, as does its entirely seasonal menu.

Spring (7 March to 22 May)

Lunch: Monday to Sunday, Rooftop
13:00 to 15:00
Dinner: Sunday to Tuesday, Lobby floor
19:30 to 21:30

Summer (23 May to 20 October)

Dinner: Monday to Sunday, Rooftop (4th floor)
19:30 to 21:30

Winter

Lunch: Sunday to Thursday, Lobby floor (ground floor indoor)
13:00 to 14:30
Dinner: Sunday to Tuesday, Lobby floor
19:30 to 21:30

Both the Rooftop and Lobby venues offer exceptional comfort and service. The Rooftop, particularly in spring and summer, boasts breathtaking views of Palma’s bay, cathedral, and twinkling city lights.

Chef Santi Taura, ever-present in his flagship DINS Santi Taura where he faithfully reinterprets Mallorca’s history through local ingredients, has crafted this à la carte concept. It allows diners to experience dishes from his acclaimed tasting menu in a more flexible format, drawn from traditional Mallorcan recipe books.
