When Winter approaches, The Gibson will offer guests the opportunity to explore a new selection of seasonal champagne cocktails.

Searcy’s at The Gherkin with Moët & Chandon, London, May – August

This July, for the first time, Moët & Chandon have partnered with renowned Yorkshire Chef Jimmy Garcia at Jimmy’s Pop Up at Somerset House, to enjoy a specially curated food & drinks menu. Guests can enjoy Moët & Chandon champagne at the Yinka Ilori-designed seating booths, while feasting on a selection of dishes including bone marrow beef burgers, spiced butternut squash falafel wraps, green chili sriracha fries and super sundae sets to make majestic ice creams, the pop-up will include champagne for all occasions with Moët & Chandon.
