Christmas Really Has Come Early for Me!
I usually begin prepping for Christmas in early November, planning menus, buying ingredients and getting my kitchen ready for the culinary marathon that Christmas always brings. However, having just taken delivery of the Hestan ProBond Luxe 10-piece Induction Stainless Steel Pan Set, I’m already in full festive cooking mode!
My new arrival has also inspired me to have a long-overdue kitchen clear-out. Surprisingly, my existing pots and pans weren’t in bad condition at all, but they’ve now found a new home, making way for something rather special. And special is certainly the right word for Hestan Culinary.

Designed to deliver excellent heat distribution and responsive cooking, this construction is intended to help heat travel efficiently throughout the pan, making it easier to achieve consistent results.
For anyone who enjoys cooking from scratch, this is particularly impressive. Whether gently sweating onions, searing meat, preparing a delicious sauce or creating a delicious winter soup, good heat control can make a real difference to the finished dish.
One of the standout features is Hestan’s ProCore aluminium core, which the manufacturer says offers 35% greater heat conductivity than other cookware. It’s a feature that reflects the thought that has gone into the design, combining the durability of stainless steel with the benefits of efficient heat distribution.

I’m certainly no professional chef, but I do love experimenting, trying new recipes and learning along the way.
