I recently received two satin dresses from JAKI London, and I’ve genuinely been so impressed with them.

From the moment they arrived, everything felt really well thought out. The packaging was beautiful and made the whole experience feel a little more special, and the delivery was incredibly quick. Ordering online was straightforward, too, which is always something I appreciate when shopping from a new brand.

The dresses themselves are stunning. I chose two colours, Butter Cream and Glacier, and both are even prettier in person. Butter Cream is a soft, pale lemon shade with a cool undertone that feels fresh and understated, while Glacier is a delicate ice blue that looks effortlessly elegant. The colours have a lovely richness to them and give the dresses a really premium feel.

I wore the buttercream dress to a weekend party, and I added a summer-inspired shell-style necklace, a bracelet and some cream summer wedges. The look was simple, but I received several compliments. I was thrilled to bits and can’t wait to wear the blue one next week on my travels to the sun.

One of the first things I noticed was the quality of the fabric. The satin is incredibly soft and drapes beautifully, creating a flattering silhouette without feeling overly delicate. Considering the quality of the fabric, the design, and the overall finish, surprisingly, the pricing feels very reasonable. It’s not often you find pieces that look and feel this luxurious without an overly expensive price tag.
