Guest chef series with Mallorcan Chefs
An annual tradition at Jumeirah Port Soller, where four gastronomic talents from the island are invited to collaborate with Executive Chef Javier Lopez, devising superb meals for spectacular evenings. All chefs are reunited at the finale event, alongside local vineyards who initiate the night with a wine tasting, before the delectable five-course meal concludes the year’s series.
Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa’s varied portfolio of Unique Experiences, specially developed by the Concierge team, enables guests to effortlessly encounter the island and its special culture with varied choices like Exclusive Helicopter Tours, Sunset Boat Trips and Walk and Wine experiences. Always tailored to the guest, each Unique Experience provides a truly bespoke way to discover an authentic side of Mallorca, no matter a guest’s interests.
The Gordiola family, renowned for their traditional Mallorcan glass blowing, created the chandelier hanging in the centre of Es Fanals’ spiral staircase. The glass light shades reflect the Fanals lamps that old Mallorcan fishermen used to attract their catch while fishing at sea.
