During our Indonesian ventures, we stayed at Kayumanis Ubud Private Villa & Spa, a tranquil getaway located in the beautiful foliage of Bali’s Ubud district. Villa Bayur, our villa, was decorated with traditional and clean Balinese design, creating a stunning environment to relax. The bedroom featured a deluxe king-size bed dressed in beautiful linens, as well as an amazing outside en-suite bathroom with a large bath, his and hers sinks, and a beautiful natural shower featuring cinnamon-based toiletries. Fitted with an infinity pool, sun loungers and a home-from-home outside wind-down zone, it created the perfect place to rest and unwind in the comfort of your own space.

During our stay, we indulged in full body massages at Kayumanis’ spa which was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with not only professional but genuinely friendly staff along with refreshing welcome drinks to set the scene. Their outdoor spa, where the sounds of nature blended with the gentle ambience of the massage experience, makes it the ultimate YOU time. We could choose from an exquisite range of massage oils, each thoughtfully curated to enhance the treatment. The skilled therapists then worked their magic, tailoring every moment of the massage to your preferences. The therapists used just the right amount of pressure, skilfully targeting areas of tension.

Gourmet Dining Experiences

Dining at Kayumanis celebrates flavours from around the globe, masterfully crafted with the freshest local ingredients. During our recent stay, we were delighted to explore their extensive menu, which showcased an impressive range of dishes that cater to diverse palates. We opted for their set menu, in which the highlights were the Red Thai Chicken Curry, a sumptuous dish that beautifully balanced spice and creaminess. To cleanse our palates, we indulged in their delicious lime sorbet, which provided a refreshing and delightful finish to our dining experience. Breakfast at Kayumanis was equally impressive, featuring a vibrant array of fresh fruit platters, yoghurt and freshly baked pastries that were accompanied by freshly squeezed juices and perfectly barista-made coffee and tea.
