Coffee Holy Grass Vodka Cocktail Recipes

Salted Caramel Martini

Ingredients

• 50ml Coffee Holy Grass Vodka
• 20ml caramel syrup (or to taste)
• 25ml Frangelico liqueur
• 10ml simple syrup (or to taste)
• Sea salt
• To garnish: coffee beans and extra salt for the rim, if you wish

How to Make

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the liquids plus a pinch of sea salt. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass (first frost the rim with salt if you wish). Garnish with three coffee beans.

Mocha Martini

Ingredients

• 50ml Coffee Holy Grass Vodka
• 20g 70% dark chocolate
• 35ml hot espresso coffee
• 25ml sugar syrup
• Double cream
• Garnish: coffee beans and cocoa powder

How to Make

Lightly whip the cream with a whisk until slightly thickened, but not so much that it holds its shape. Set aside. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to a cocktail shaker. Pour over the hot coffee and stir to melt the chocolate. Add the sugar syrup and Coffee Holy Grass Vodka, top up with cubed ice and stir well. Pour into chilled glasses and float a thin layer of the cream on top over the back of a spoon. You can use a cocktail stick to marble the top, and add a couple of coffee beans to garnish, plus a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
