Rocks Group has launched its newest restaurant, Rokuni, at Nonsuch Bay Residences. Brought to you by the team behind Sheer Rocks and Catherine’s Café, this award-winning group has ventured into a new space and cuisine with an Asian-inspired menu that fuses Eastern dishes with the classic Rocks Group style and flair.

Venue Features and Experiences

Alongside lunch and dinner service, Rokuni boasts an independent bar with a dynamic cocktail programme, a stunning infinity pool, and luxurious daybeds scattered across the venue at Nonsuch Bay Resort, Antigua.

The show-stopping infinity pool features a brand-new sundeck, offering endless panoramic views—the perfect spot to savour Rokuni fully. Guests can book Rokuni Experiences packages, including fabulous lounge areas paired with signature dishes, wine, and cocktails.

Leadership and Team

Managing Partner Alex Grimley and Rocks Group Executive Chef Simon Christey-French led the opening, supported by familiar and new team members. Rocks Group welcomes Matthew Hartmann as Rokuni Restaurant Manager, with years of Caribbean experience including St. Lucia’s Cap Maison. Leading the kitchen is Nepalese-born, Japanese-trained Head Chef Rana Magar.

Bespoke Events and Weddings

Rokuni hosts bespoke events through Rocks Group Events for corporate entertainment, family celebrations, and exclusive or shared venue hire. Menus and bar options are tailored to each occasion.

The venue is also available for exclusive wedding hire, providing an idyllic setting. The team’s extensive experience and excellent organisation ensure the highest quality events, delivering Antigua’s style and beauty with professional curation for the perfect day.
