Spring Dance of the Sea at Sexy Fish

March 2022: Sexy Fish London, the Berkeley Square hotspot, celebrates the arrival of spring with its latest evening entertainment series, Spring Dance of the Sea, in partnership with The House of Suntory. Every Friday from 25 March until 15 April, the restaurant will come alive with four incredible events not to be missed.

From 9pm until late, Sexy Fish London will transport guests under the sea with a series of four exclusive Friday night famous parties to be remembered. Diners will enter an underwater extravaganza for a unique evening of spectacular light displays, resident house DJs, percussionists, saxophonists, dancers, and live house vocalists. The spirits at Sexy Fish London will be kept high on every occasion with an array of music, dance, performances, food, and theatrical cocktails.

Signature Cocktails

The bar team at Sexy Fish London has created a selection of delicious cocktails in collaboration with The House of Suntory. Highlights include the vodka-based Hana Highball (£17.00), made with Haku Vodka, rhubarb cordial, yuzu, suze, and grapefruit soda; Fine Line Suppai (£17.00), incorporating Haku Vodka, melon liqueur, dry vermouth, watermelon, and mint cordial; Kaizoku (£17.50), featuring Toki Whisky, plum sake, yuzu, a splash of pineapple syrup, and Laphroaig; and last but not least, Umi (£16.00), made with Roku Gin, dassai sake, citrus, elderflower, aperitif blend, egg white, and aloe vera.

Classic Dishes

Guests will also be able to enjoy Sexy Fish classics, including signature dishes such as Tuna Belly, Kombu Cured & Smoked (£21.00), Caramelised Black Cod, Spicy Miso (£45.80), and House Smoked Ora King Salmon, Ginger, and Sesame (£32.00).
