The name Assaona derives from the Mallorcan verb ‘assaona’ (to season), akin to ‘sazonar’ in Castilian Spanish. It reflects their philosophy: sourcing perfect ingredients to make every visit unforgettable.

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 16:00 to 19:00 feature resident DJ sets (November onwards: Saturdays and Sundays only).
