Aqua Nueva is delighted to announce the launch of their summer terrace collaboration with Veuve Clicquot.

In line with the iconic Champagne House’s 250th anniversary this year, the terrace has been transformed to embody the solaire nature of Veuve Clicquot, bringing the ‘good old days of sunshine and long summer nights’ to Aqua Nueva and establishing itself as the brand’s yellow label flagship terrace in London.

Launching on 4th July, the bar has been designed to reflect the “solaire” nature of the terrace to offer visitors a unique experience in the most aesthetic setting. The world-famous Veuve Clicquot Pantone yellow will be accented throughout, highlighting the warm sunny disposition of the terrace. This will also be a simultaneous launch of Aqua Nueva’s first VIP Lounge. Available for reservations and walk-ins, the sleek lounge area will offer table service, accentuated with Veuve Clicquot touchpoints, offering guests a warm, relaxed but elevated dining experience. A bespoke pairing menu has also been created, perfectly pairing Aqua Nueva’s contemporary and innovative tapas with Veuve Clicquot.

Dishes include rustic tomato bread and wild mushroom croquettes, expertly paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, and spicy fried chicken with paprika aioli paired to enhance the natural beauty of Veuve Clicquot Rosé. The VIP pairing menu will be available daily from 12pm to 10pm.

Guests can also enjoy al fresco lunch and drinks on the terrace when dining outside the VIP Lounge. The drinks menu will focus on Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, which will be available by the glass, bottle, magnum and Jeroboam alongside Aqua Nueva’s carefully crafted bar menu.
