Yamaha Music London x The Dorchester Hotel – Al Fresco Dining and Music Excellence
The Dorchester Rooftop: A New Al Fresco Gem
What do you get when you combine incredible music atop one of London’s most renowned hotels? Absolute perfection.
For the first time in its nine-decade history, The Dorchester has launched a rooftop restaurant and bar: The Dorchester Rooftop. With views across Hyde Park and West London, it showcases a series of culinary pop-ups overseen by executive chef Mario Perera and featuring The Dorchester’s talented chefs, celebrating British, French, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Open seven days per week and featuring The Dorchester Rooftop House Band performing from 1pm until late, The Dorchester is delighted to be working with Molto Music & Yamaha Music London to bring live music to guests dining at this brand-new al fresco restaurant and bar.
Live Music Partnership
In partnership with Yamaha Music London & Molto Music Group, a new, unique kind of live music is hitting the London hospitality scene. Featuring some of the capital’s most talented musicians, musical theatre stars, and secret performances along the way!
A Personal Experience
I was lucky enough to experience the incredible hospitality of The Dorchester at The Polo Bar for dinner, Moët, and Yamaha music—and it was an absolute delight. Dining al fresco whilst listening to talented musicians was soothing to the soul after the lockdown year we have all endured. We were offered blankets during the meal to keep us warm and cosy, with songs from past, present, and future performed effortlessly.
In my mind, this is one of the best places to enjoy live music as we return to a new kind of normal, from one of London’s most iconic hotels’ rooftops.
Voices from the Partners
Nicky Caulfield & Rosie Skuse (Molto Music Group)
‘We are thrilled and very proud to be the driving force behind the return of live music. The events of the past year have had a devastating effect on creative industries like ours, so to be able to offer live music again is something we feel honoured to do. It is a pleasure to entertain guests once more and a great feeling to offer work to all our talented musicians. We are proud to be working alongside The Dorchester with the support of our partners and look forward to a summer filled with live music.’
Stephen Davies (Yamaha Music London)
‘Everyone loves live music; nothing can beat that feeling and sound. We have all missed it, and now that the government believes it is safe to start again with proper precautions, Yamaha Music London is pleased to play its part in delivering the live music that is an integral piece of what makes London the vibrant and amazing city it is.’
